Food Inc.

Food Inc. was kind of confusing to me. It was very one sided and it caught on to your emotions. The lady that grew chicken broilers was kind of hypocritical she didn't like the way they handle the chickens in other farms or the way they made her treat her own, but she still raised them until they  repealed her contract. They show how the chickens are being poorly treated by showing the chickens walking and even thrown into cages to be shipped. I know how people might miss interpret how chickens are treated and they have to realize that this is the best and confirmed way to create in mass production. With the population growing quickly there is always demand for more.
Some consumers today are miss informed or uneducated on how the producers treat their livestock. Some producers may mistreat their livestock but there will be a time that it will stop. People in small rural communities or big farm states know first hand how the animals are treated and why they are produced in a way that tries to keep up with demand. Why would the producers mistreat their livestock when that is all they have for income?
