Silver Fox Rabbit
Status of Endangerment: Threatened

The Silver Fox rabbit was the third breed developed in the US. They are used for both meat and fur. Unlike a lot of breeds, the their fur stands straight up and doesn't fall back like others. They have a docile temperament and gentle. They are rare breed of rabbit showed by that they are threatened. That means they are not likely to become extinct for awhile and not as critical then other species.

  1. It is good that this breed of rabbit is not listed as critical. Hopefully there is a way to increase the number of rabbits for this particular breed. Good choice!
